Although there is little scientific evidence to support the claims of many pheromone products, there is anecdotal evidence to show that pheromones for men can have the positive, life-changing effects many companies claim. Pheromones act not only on the opposite sex but also on the man using the pheromone enriched product. The pheromone can make the man feel more confident and studies show that pheromone products can even improve mood and sense of well-being. These effects make the wearer of the pheromone fragrance more attractive to females. Many claim the pheromone products gave them a boost in the bedroom but scientists say this effect is more likely attributed to the fact that the men wearing the fragrance felt more confident and therefore performed better in bed as a result of the boost to personality. Whether the effect of pheromone products is purely psychological or if there is some physical effect taking place, pheromones for men do tend to increase confidence in the wearer and this increases the guy’s chances with women. Placebo-effect or not, pheromones are working.
